As part of the project, the 210‑metre‑long steel‑structure Esterházy Bridge was constructed, featuring a cable‑stayed design with nine tensioning arches. The bridge deck is supported by 18 stay cables, while the 50‑metre‑high pylon is positioned 5 metres from the bridge axis. The structure is 7.9 metres wide, with a surface area of nearly 1,400 m², and its alignment includes both straight and curved sections.

As part of the modernisation, a complete utility relocation and replacement was carried out, along with the construction of new transport infrastructure. The bridge and its surroundings were equipped with modern, energy‑efficient public lighting, complemented by 400 metres of LED strip lighting.

The investment extended not only to the construction of the bridge structure itself, but also to the development of the surrounding urban transport system.
