Drivers were able to take possession of the bypass in Szolnok, which connects the section of the road between Abony and Törökszentmiklós.
Our company completed the construction of the three-kilometer section as a subcontractor for Duna Aszfalt.
Our colleagues have been working at a fast pace since August to finish the construction work by the mid-December technical handover date. In the final phase of the project, organizing the work presented significant challenges, as there were delays in terms of material supply and subcontractor capacities. Ultimately, the difficulties were resolved by coordinating the subcontractor work.
In addition to the construction of the road section, our company had the following commitments:
- 7 bridges
- and the construction of new branches of junction 32,
- the establishment of the connection of road 32 to the new highway,
- as well as the tasks of parallel and intersecting dirt roads.
The most significant challenge proved to be the commissioning of the correction section of road 32.
Our company started the construction of the section back in 2014, and our colleagues worked on it until the halt in March 2015. The handover of the project was a joy for us as well, because after more than 6 years, we were able to continue the work again in 2019, and the construction activities were completed by December 2021.
