The construction of the building on Könyves Kálmán Boulevard has reached a milestone.
The building, realized by Wing Zrt., is located in direct proximity to the Telekom headquarters and will serve multiple functions after its handover: on one hand, it will house office floors, and on the other hand, it will also accommodate an ibis/Tribe hotel in the future.
Our colleagues applied several unique solutions during the structural construction: prefabricated concrete cantilevers were installed, which not only serve as a prominent architectural element but also act as fire barriers and supporting structures between the floors.
Another interesting fact is that approximately 34,000 cubic meters of concrete were used in the construction.
Both the design and construction phases placed significant emphasis on environmental awareness - the investor aimed for a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification with the facility.
