The bronze plaque of the Award of Excellence has been placed on the renovated central section of the M3 metro line.

On 28 April 2026, at Kálvin Square, the bronze plaque of the Construction Industry Award of Excellence, granted for the renovation of the central section of Metro Line M3, was ceremonially installed.

This prestigious professional recognition was awarded by the Board of Trustees of the Construction Industry Master Award Foundation in December 2025, in the category of transport infrastructure, for the reconstruction of the central section of the M3 metro line between Lehel tér and Nagyvárad tér. The project was implemented as an investment of BKV Zrt., with construction carried out by SWIETELSKY.
