Our colleagues are already working on the construction of the 5th floor of the office building on Könyves Kálmán Boulevard.
The building, developed by Wing Zrt., will feature
- A+ category office spaces,
- a hotel with 3-4 star room units,
- and commercial units will also be established.
The building has a footprint of approximately 7000 square meters, which is divided into 4 basement levels + ground floor + 8 floors + roof level. The basement level will house a parking garage and service functions, while the above-ground structure is divided into two dilatations, with retail functions on the ground floor, a hotel on the upper 4 levels (5-8th floors) facing the boulevard, and offices in the rest of the building as planned.
The highest point of the building is expected to be reached by the colleagues in June this year, according to the schedule.
Alongside the construction of the structures of the 4th and 5th floors, monolithic reinforced concrete structures are also continuously being prepared - columns, walls, beams, and slabs, as well as precast concrete stairs and decorative cornices.
